With more than 25 years of experience, I partner with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams to drive product-led innovation and AI-first transformation in complex enterprise environments.

My career spans global product strategy and delivery at Moody’s Corporation (most recently as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Managing Director, Head of Product) and 18 years at JPMorgan Chase leading digital product and platform modernization. I’ve built and scaled product organizations, modernized legacy platforms, introduced agentic AI capabilities, and redesigned operating models — all while delivering measurable revenue growth, efficiency gains, and stronger governance.

What truly energizes me is the human side of transformation. I’m known for building high-performing teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating cultures where people feel inspired and equipped to succeed alongside rapidly evolving technology. Whether I’m aligning executives around a bold vision or facilitating cross-functional squads, my approach is always grounded in clarity, empathy, and disciplined execution.

I hold an MBA in eCommerce & Strategy from the University of Maryland, an MSIS in Information Science from Pennsylvania State University and a BA in Business from Howard University. I currently live in the Greater Philadelphia area with my husband and twin sons.
